Are the initials case sensitive?Yes we craft exactly as the personalisation is written. So please do triple check exactly how you write the initials in the box - it is printed or painted exactly as you enter it.

Do you offer discount on bulk ordering?Please contact us on email or WhatsApp stating what you want to order and in what quantity and we are happy to advise.

How can I make the payment?Our online store is using Stripe, a worldwide third party payment platform to accept all major debit and credit cards from customers. We may also accept FPS transfer from customers in Hong Kong. Please contact us on email or WhatsApp for details.

Do you gift wrap and add gift notes?Absolutely. Please contact us on email or WhatsApp to add a Gift Message and Gift Wrapping.

Can I change or cancel my order?We only accept changes or cancellations if not already done. Please contact us on email or WhatsApp to check with our team if product has gone into production.

Can you refund personalised goods?Since all our products are personalised or specifically made to order, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.

My product is faulty what do I do?Please reach out to us on email or WhatsApp with descriptions and images of faulty.
