Shipping Policy
Dispatch time of each product as stated on the product page. Please allow 3-4 weeks currently for dispatch of personalised items, although we are usually quicker and then ship via courier. International Standard Delivery aim 10-15 working days after dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number with full tracked to delivery point.
We offer FREE worldwide shipping.
Taxes & Duties
Prices displayed on the website do not include duties or taxes.
Depending where you live, your country’s customs office may impose a few additional charges on your order: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs) and/or taxes. They will be charged upon arrival. We have no control over these charges. For more information on customs, duties, taxes and other import charges, please contact your local customs office.
The powers that be also require us to state the value of your order (i.e. the price) directly on your package.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please note before ordering no refunds are issued on personalised bespoke goods with intials/names on them. If your product has a fault we will exchange/replace but we are unable to refund ANY personalised goods due to any reason. Worn products with faults will ONLY be replaced not refunded.
